Strawberry Hibiscus Mocktail (Paleo, Gluten-free)
Ingredients
- ½ cup hibiscus tea
- ½ cup Topochico Mineral Water
- 2 fresh strawberries stemmed and cut into quarters
- 4-5 ice cubes
- 1 slice of lime for garnish
Instructions
- In a small ceramic or stainless steel bowl, muddle strawberries until you reach a puree type of consistency. Alternatively, you can puree the in a blender.
- Transfer the strawberry puree to a large glass, add hibiscus tea, ice cubes, then top off with mineral water.
- Garnish with a thin slice of lime and enjoy!
