This one’s a recipe hack using Trader Joe’s Gluten free Buttermilk Pancake and Waffle Mix. We made this for breakfast this morning, and we loved it! Willow had seconds and I had to put half of the pancakes away to stop us from eating all of it.
They’re simple to make, and they turn out light and fluffy too. You can find all the ingredients at your local Trader Joe’s store.
If you end up making this recipe, I’d love to hear from you in the comments and would love to see your creations via Instagram @fullasamother.
Happy pumpkin season, friends!
