Kid’s Meal Plan (Paleo, Gluten-free)

August 10, 2020 by Jasmine

Now that school’s back in session, the most common questions and concerns I get from most parents are what to feed their picky eaters and quick and easy meals to prepare.

Well my friends, for the next few weeks, I’ll be sharing some tried and tested meals in hopes to give you some ideas and inspiration on how you can prepare well-rounded healthy meals for your kiddos.

I bought this LunchBots Small Protein Packer for Toddlers on Amazon last week, and am so excited to use it for Willow’s lunches and snacks! It helps me to organize and measure the appropriate ratio of fruits, veggies, complex carbs, and protein for her everyday. I usually try to pack her meal the night before and I just pop it in the fridge so it’s ready to go in the morning. It makes me feel better knowing that she’s getting a well-rounded meal every time.

And without further ado, check out my latest Kid Meal Plan below and feel free to leave questions or comments below!

Stay up my friends,

-Jasmine
