We’re more than half way done with January Whole30 ya’ll! I’m feeling great and have been battling those sugar demons. I passed on my cold to Willow this week, so I’ve been homebound, but luckily no cabin fever. But the good news is, I’ve been eating in a majority of the week, and I haven’t had to worry about the temptation on eating non-Whole30 food.
Since we haven’t been following the schedule during week 1 and 2 of Whole30, I’ve changed the Meal Plan template a bit to just show case each meal or entree and not so much which day of the week we planned on eating the meals. Hopefully, my meal plans have inspired you and the recipes meet your tastebuds!
