Hey friends! How did week 1 of the January Whole30 Program go for you? Did you follow any of the recipes from my meal plan? Since we were recovering from a bad cold during week 1, it was easy for us to stick to the meal plan.
Now that we’re feeling better, we’ll be catching up with family and friends this weekend, and that means, either we potluck or I find a restaurant with Whole30 compliant options (eek).
