Avocado Smoothie

- high-powered blender
Ingredients
- 1 small ripe avocado
- 1 cup non-dairy yogurt
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 small banana
- ½ small lime, juiced
- 2 cups baby spinach
- ¼ Tsp dulse flakes
- 2 scoops Vital Proteins collagen peptides
- 2 scoops Aloha Moment vanilla protein powder
- 2 tbsp Manitoba Harvest hemp seeds
Instructions
- In a high-powered blender, blend all ingredients for 30 seconds – 1 minute and enjoy!
